Technical Delivery Lead - NAM/LAT

Job Description

Responsible for Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key NAM & LAT customers, ensuring alignment with committed domain scope, timelines, key revenue milestones, and delivery costs against the as-sold baseline (ASBL).

  • Serve as the project escalation point for key technical issues impacting the project, collaborating with business group delivery managers, program directors, Market Services (MS), and Product & Engineering (P&E) leaders to ensure smooth and profitable execution.
  • Onboard local, remote, and near-shore deliveries as per Nokia’s contractual commitments, maintaining high quality and preventing negative deviations in project financials for responsible projects.
  • Accountable for aligning service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that resource supply (cost booking) is in sync with the cost baseline.
  • Contribute to decision-making during the pre-sales phase, validating scope and cost for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables.
  • Identify cost overruns and deviations, supporting Nokia business groups in calculating nonconformance cost impacts and taking proactive actions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure organization tools are updated with the latest information and oversee the delivery quality of projects, addressing any resource gaps.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., CBIS,NCS,NCP,OCP) and services.
  • Systems Architecture: Ability to understand scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
  • Automation & Scripting: Knowledge about automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
