Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals that align with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional partnership experiences.
- Analyze partnership performance and provide insights to optimize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, sports management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales or events
- Aggressive, competitive and committed to achieving goals
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
