Job Title: Venue Coordinator
Location: NOLA Skyline Event Center

Position Details:
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $15 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee client events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is flawless.
- Manage the booking calendar to prevent double bookings and scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct venue tours for potential clients, showcasing our beautiful space and offerings.
- Organize and maintain decor rental inventory and essential supplies.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Process invoices, handle payroll, and track expenses with accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely communication and coordination.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere with clients and staff.
