Position : HVAC Install Apprentice
Location : Colfax, WA
Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
Compensation : $20 / hr
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Employer Match, PTO

HVAC Install Helper Position Summary :
The Install Helper will assist in installing HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment into residential customer homes
- Assist in equipment troubleshooting, installation, start-up, operation, and other
- Assist in the installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings
- Ensure the functionality of thermostats to control the HVAC& system is operational.
- Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into the company vehicle
- Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure
- Ensure that the company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
- Participate and attend all required employee meetings and training
- Other duties as assigned
