NOLAND COMPANY a Winwholesale company distributes plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, pipe, valves, fittings or electrical products in 10 Southeastern states and Pennsylvania, depending on the location. One Noland Company location in Roanoke, Va., specializes in distributing and repairing equipment for various well drilling operations.

In the Group are companies conducting business-to-business wholesale distribution of plumbing and heating supplies; hydronics systems; industrial pipe, valves and fittings; heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; electrical equipment; industrial and commercial fastening hardware; waterworks and utility supplies; domestic, commercial and industrial pumps; and irrigation and landscape supplies.
Seeking an experienced individual to join our customer service team at our Newport News VA location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Order Entry / Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and concerns.
Requirements Candidates Must Have:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Great personality / Outgoing, Friendly, Positive
- Efficient and effective computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the following is not required, but is recommended.
- 1 year wholesale customer service preferred.
