Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and enhancing overall productivity. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and maintain organization.
  • Coordinate event planning for company meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assist in medical office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support schedule management for executives or team leads as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or similar roles.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a focus on organization and detail orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising staff members effectively.
  • Proficient in schedule management with a knack for optimizing workflows.
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in event planning to coordinate successful company functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.13 - $26.31 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (Required)
