The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations and implementing HR programs and initiatives across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically while handling day-to-day HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and managers to provide HR support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, including interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Advise employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to inform business decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related software.
