Art Consultant Assistant / Executive Assistant to the Founder

Schedule: 20–40 hours/week | Flexible schedule

About Us:
Nolo Art Consulting is a creative, dynamic, and growing art consulting firm founded by artist and entrepreneur Patrick Pryor. We specialize in curating custom art collections that tell compelling stories, working across multifamily, corporate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
We’re small, growing fast, and deeply committed to doing amazing work with people we love. We’re serious about service and storytelling—but we also laugh a lot, stay flexible, and find joy in the creative process.
About the Role
We’re looking for a flexible, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Art Consultant Assistant / Executive Assistant to the Founder. This in-person (with opportunities for remote work) is ideal for someone with a strong art background who’s excited to grow into an art consulting role, while also supporting the operations and daily flow of a fast-paced creative business.

One moment you might be sourcing work for a boutique hotel in Arizona. The next? Organizing a file folder so beautifully it makes us weep.
