Join Our Team

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Associate Broker to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with property owners, C-suite executives, and high-level corporate real estate decision-makers. Reporting to Senior Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in evaluating opportunities, developing strategic approaches, and negotiating on behalf of major commercial occupiers in New York.

Role Overview

You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, fostering a supportive workplace, and helping others progress in their careers – all while driving results in the competitive world of commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior brokers in initiating new business relationships and conducting outreach (cold calls, face-to-face meetings, emails, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, property summaries, and new business presentations.
  • Develop client materials, including lease comparisons, market overviews, and presentations.
  • Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
  • Provide industry and market insights to clients and maintain prospective information.
  • Contribute to local market research, including market snapshots, overviews, and research for pitches.
  • Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of experience in real estate.
  • New York Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field with strong academic credentials.
  • Strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and business-writing skills.
  • Impeccable organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work within deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and team-oriented mindset.
