Role & Responsibilities :
This role will sit within the Investment Banking Support team in Powai. The role will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Investment Banking COO office in developing and operating daily business management, reporting, multiple governance committees, budgeting and the risk and control environment in Investment Banking in EMEA. In particular :
- Support NFPE and BNF IB COO with daily IB business management
- Support NFPE and BNF IB COO with various papers for governance committees
- Support NFPE AND BNF Investment Banking COO office in implementing the Banking Control Framework
- Support NFPE AND BNF Investment Banking COO office across various IB projects
- Support with governance, controls and projects admin (including project management skills)
- Performance of Banking Controls including KYC Salesforce, as required
- Support in Operational Risk and Outsourcing Coordination for NFPE AND BNF Investment Banking
- Prepare management presentations including risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Provide inputs to Global / Investment Banking aggregate reporting
- Maintain training and reporting requirements
- Support the review and drafting of IBD Procedures
- Provide support to non-financial risk programmes including regulatory and business change globally, as required
