Noneman Real Estate Company was founded in 1980. We buy, sell, broker, develop, and manage multi-family assets throughout Toledo, Ohio, and its suburbs. Our current real estate portfolio includes twenty-four locations and approximately 1,500 units. We expect to grow approximately 33% (500 units) over the next 36 months.
We are currently seeking to hire a high-energy Property Manager/Leasing Consultant.
Responsibilities Include:
Showing and leasing apartments and villas.
Processing rental applications.
Preparing lease documents.
Processing customer service calls from residents.
Inspecting properties.
Handling many telephone calls, text messages, and e-mail messages.
Experience and Skills Required:
High School Diploma.
Three years of consecutive work experience at the same job.
Excellent communiciation skills – verbal and written.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
General office skills.
Compensation:
Base salary of $40,000 per year.
Leasing commission of $300 per lease – expect to earn $25,000 in commissions.
Most of our Property Managers have w-2 income around $65,000 per year.
