We are looking to fill this hourly position with people who are passionate about pizza, enjoy a fun work environment, and demonstrate superior customer service.
This opportunity is for part-time position.
Our phone operators are responsible for: answering calls and processing sales through our POS system in an efficient and accurate manner, upholding the company standard of customer service, and fulfilling completed orders accurately and with care.
As a phone order coordinator, you will have:
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of menu items
- Input orders and operate the POS and phone systems with efficiency and accuracy
- Complete and bag orders ensuring neatness and quality control
- Take pride in your work and perform it with energy and friendliness
- Work as a team player while demonstrating outstanding customer service
Our ideal candidate is:
- Reliable, courteous, and hardworking
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Food service or cashier experience preferred, not required
