What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Originator / Officer / MLO with unique nonprofit position at Nonprofit Mortgage?
Nonprofit Mortgage is searching for Arizona based licensed and experienced mortgage professionals who want an easier and more satisfying way to do business. We will be in the Phoenix area the first week of March to meet new candidates.

We operate as a broker and have most lending products. We stand out by having our own down payment assistance program, which is our mission for 501C3 nonprofit status through the IRS.
Nonprofit Mortgage has unlimited networking power. Find new business through new sources you had not considered in the past. With our own DPA fund close a file you thought was stuck, or occasionally save a commission for your referring realtor partner.
We are currently paying our MLOs commission. In the future we plan to have some MLOs on salary only while others on commission. We will also offer full benefits when we pass the 50-employee threshold. We do have leads in each state through advertising grants, but ideal candidates will have the ability to self-generate business.
Candidates will have:
- Residential mortgage loan experience
- Licensed through the NMLS
- The highest ethical standards
