Main Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive atmosphere and exceeding customer expectations.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, using cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with precision and speed.
• Provide menu information and answer questions about food and beverages, showcasing your product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order processing, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a caf or restaurant setting.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Must be 18 years of age or older, with a valid ID.
