Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in managing the hotel's front desk operations during the overnight shift. You will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties, reconciling the day's financial transactions, and providing outstanding guest service. You'll also act as the first point of contact for overnight guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any concerns or requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly auditing procedures, including balancing hotel accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Review and reconcile all hotel transactions (room charges, casino transactions, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth, efficient process.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor security and safety of the hotel, reporting any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
