The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a crucial role in assisting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

1. Main Responsibilities:
   • Supervise and train housekeeping team members to maintain optimal service and hospitality levels.
   • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and quality service standards.
   • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily housekeeping operations, training, and coaching of assigned personnel.
2. Requirements:
   • High School Diploma or GED required; Gaming industry experience preferred.
   • Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping operations.
   • Ability to work flexible hours.
   • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
