Our client, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in South Austin, is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in the Austin metro. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience managing commercial assets (office, industrial, mixed-use, retail, ETC) and will play a pivotal role in maximizing the performance of the portfolio. This position requires close coordination with external property management team and a strong ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the value and performance of commercial assets within the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with external property management teams to ensure alignment on asset goals, budget management, and tenant relations.
- Analyze financial reports, market conditions, and asset performance to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Oversee lease negotiations, capital improvement projects, and operational efficiencies to enhance asset value.
- Manage investor and stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
- Develop long-term capital plans, operating budgets, and forecasting models.
