This role is ideal for a versatile HR professional who excels in managing a broad range of human resources functions while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy development—all while serving as a strategic partner to leadership and department heads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Manage benefits administration, including addressing employee inquiries regarding Paid Family Leave (PFL), disability, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and implement HR best practices.
- Oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, utilizing strong writing skills to create clear and effective documentation.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging technology, automation tools, and digital form solutions such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign.
- Utilize HRIS systems and Excel for data uploads, reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain an organized and structured approach to managing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data uploads, management, and reporting.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior experience in a staffing agency is a strong plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach.
- Tech-savvy mindset with an aptitude for AI and automation tools.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
