This individual will be responsible for maintaining shift accountability, coordinating patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate patient care and maintain shift accountability
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements

Requirements:

• NYS Registered Nurse License required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred
• 2 years of experience in OR
• ACLS and BLS through the American Heart Association
• Experience in a team-based environment desirable
• Basic knowledge of regulatory agency requirements
• Ability to establish staffing patterns and schedules required
