Civil Engineer - Long Island, NY
A growing engineering and land surveying firm is seeking several Civil Engineers and Civil Project Managers with experience in commercial and land development. Our typical projects include : residential development, condominiums, municipalities, multi-family apartments, retail, and commercial buildings.
We are open to people across various skill levels who are familiar with NY development and engineering.
Responsibilities :
- Perform engineering calculations and design for Commercial & Land Development projects using CAD and design software.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Deliver comprehensive project packages, including plans, specifications, and application forms, adhering to firm standards.
- Work within budget and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes when preparing construction documents.
- Contribute to project budgets and schedules.
