Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in coordinating and organizing project activities
- Review and understand project blueprints and schematics
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and change orders
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project progress
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management
- Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a project assistant or similar role is preferred
