Job Description The ideal Merchandise Analyst is analytical, results-oriented and views the business through the lens of the customer.  A day in the life… Develop an understanding of the needs, wants and expectations of the customer and understand the differences in how they shop by channel Complete category, supplier or class specific analysis for buying office Complete buying office owned item attributes for item setup Execute MDs, RTVs, racking and reorders Manage and maintain drop ship feeds, inclusive of monitoring live dates, shifts, supplier communication Monitor on hand inventory levels for upcoming features and events; communicate concerns You own this if you have…  A Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field with a preferred minimum accumulative GPA of 3.2 Experience in retail merchandising, planning or analysis Strong business acumen, ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and strong math skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (primarily excel navigation, formulas and pivot tables) Leadership experience We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
