A day in the life…
Take ownership of improving the customer experience in the store
Meet or exceed sales, expense and productivity targets
Provide a positive work environment that supports outstanding customer service
Drive change and adapt to new tools and technology to optimize the business
Develop salespeople, assistants and department managers to become promotable outside the store and/or the region
Collaborate with merchant teams to achieve results
You own this if you have…
Experience in progressively larger management assignments, including but not limited to merchandising and store management roles
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales, expense and productivity targets
Success at identifying, developing and retaining quality talent
Experience in developing and executing business strategies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree (preferred)
