Job Description Supply Chain Operations Process Training Manager, Manager SC Ops 1 Our Supply Chain Operations Process Training Manager is responsible for leading teams at our FC/DC locations. Reporting to the national Process Training leader, this position directly manages a team of training professionals focused on building efficiency with quality and safety practices. This role supports all process paths across the building and is a critical role for all team member onboarding, new rollouts, and day to day operations. This is a leadership position that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role in the management of our network. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and an understanding of how to drive effectiveness and efficiency at scale. A day in the life… Strategic and executional leadership through direct leadership and influencing others. Support leaders across various days, shifts, and in a multi-unit fashion. Assists in the recruiting, training and development of managers and employees. Drives effective communication across all processing areas to ensure building/network alignment to goals and key initiatives supporting One Good Way approach. Participates as key stakeholder in building level process, capital, or other initiatives. Partner with Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Learning & Leadership departments to document standard ways of work and processes. Key contributor to Training organization vision and approach across the network. Lead and develop a team of Process Trainers to maximize efficiency and consistency. Drive execution of Change Strategy, implement strategies to maximize employee adoption & usage. Create and own program measurement plans to demonstrate success measures to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization. Support identification of best practices in each operational process path and ensure that network standards are aligned. Establish and build an employee community where improvement is part of daily work through development and engagement with site leadership. You own this if you have… Proven success in change management and training management processes and tools/systems. Ability to formulate strategy and roadmap for building, strengthening, and delivering a center of excellence framework for process training. The ability to demonstrate good judgement and the ability to mentor other leaders. Exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism; active listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong documentation skills. Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to build strong partnerships, including strength in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing business and technical stakeholders to deliver results. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including nights and weekends. Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on a deadline. Ability to build trust and demonstrate effective behaviors that foster an inclusive environment. Model inclusive behaviors and creates a culture of belonging. Well-developed time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Advanced PC skills with MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). College degree or comparable work experience. 6 in a Supply Chain network leadership role (preferred).
