Qualified Candidate will possess:
Background: Sales or Customer Service

- Verifiable Work History (No Job Hoppers)
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
- Experience working on RTI order entry system at a past florist is a huge plus!
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service and In-Store Operations
- Maintain existing customer loyalty, while developing new customer relationships.
- Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the Sales Lead and Store Manager
- Performs assigned duties with minimal personal supervision from the store manager.
- Focusing on generating new sales and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Handling inbound sales calls, customer service, and initiating outbound sales calls to exceed assigned activity/revenue targets.Essential Job Function: Secure orders from existing and potential customers using superior customer service by phone or in person.
- Developing and expanding an existing customer base and client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities and developing these prospects.
- Maintaining and updating sales leads, including follow-up and lead tracking.
- Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products.
- Maintains relationships with existing customers and secures new customers by providing an exceptional level of customer service and care.
- Effectively position and present our products as a value-added offering to businesses, churches, and other community organizations.
- Provide customer quotes, proposals, and product information based on specific use cases and business value.
- Maintenance of in-store displays; may include plant maintenance, display organization, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Secure opportunities for future business with current client base.
- Establish professional customer relationships and maintain strong relationships with Sales Leaders and Managers.
