The Office Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors to the ballpark by answering their questions and providing directions as needed
- Be knowledgeable of all Harbor Park stadium areas in order to provide accurate and timely answers to inquiries
- Operate multiple phone lines in a pleasant and friendly manner
- Input data into Excel
- Help coordinate office supplies
- Provide administrative support to other staff as needed
- Provide ticketing help as needed
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work normal office hours and to work late nights during all Norfolk Tides home games at Harbor Park

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical School Certificate preferred
- At least one year working for a professional sports team or equivalent organization preferred
- Ability to attend all home games
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Driver's License required
