Job description
Norgen Biotek is seeking a self-driven, positive and outgoing individual to join our team! We are actively seeking dynamic individuals with a Life Science background to support our operations in our newly-opened U.S. office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador between customer and the Norgen team to ensure client satisfaction from the start to finish of projects.
- Prospect potential customers in CLIA Labs, Biological / Pharmaceutical organizations, and Academic institutions.
- Assist Terrioty sales agents in their daily operations.
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries, and acting as a liason for territory representatives as necessary.
- Help to develop quotes, contracts, invoices and reports for each client’s project.
- Coordinate with the Shipping department regarding incoming and outgoing shipments of client’s samples.
Qualifications:
College diploma in a Life Science program such as Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, etc.
6 months experience in a direct sales environment an asset.
Please note: salary will be commensurate with experience
