Job TitleOperations Optimization Specialist II
Job SummaryThe Operations Optimization Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational aspects of existing and new products and solutions. This position will assist in providing solutions for process improvements, product reviews and contract understanding for existing and new opportunities. This position requires a high degree of organization, time management, critical thinking, and the ability to be flexible while working in an ambiguous environment.
Essential Functions Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities- Coordinates and assigns workload to Operations Optimization Specialist I
- Mentors Operations Improvement Specialist I
- Coordinates opportunity updates to leadership as needed
- Responsible for quarterly opportunity support updates to leadership
- Assists leadership in ensuring position budget through developing charge matrix are up to date
- Attend monthly forecast meetings
- Ability to conduct and document environmental scans of other customer markets to help create process improvements.
- Coordinates through collaboration with growth team customer facing interactions
- Serves as the point of contact and supports growth team through debrief activities post award to optimize business processes and incorporate lessons learned for future opportunities
- Serves as the point of contact for various projects such as oversight of business development
- Assists in providing expertise for contract modifications (requests for proposal, requests for equitable adjustment)
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field or equivalent related work experience.
- Previous experience in Federal, State or Commercial Business
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer requirements to create solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines
- 2 years experience in of Federal, State or Commercial business
- 2 years experience developing proposal response material
- Proven Healthcare background (e.g., coding, nursing degree)
- Office Environment
- Ability to read, hear, speak, keyboard, reason, communicate effectively and problem solve
- Requires prolonged sitting and telephone use
- Requires the use of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, copiers and printers
- Infrequent lifting to 20 pounds
- Infrequent stooping

Salary Range: $25.20 - $41.44
Other Compensation: Incentive Plan
