JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Front Office Receptionist
EMPLOYER: Robert Boissoneault Oncology Institute
DEPARTMENT: Radiation Oncology Division
REPORTS TO: Lenore Gallico/Tonya Painter
SUMMARY: Provides clerical support for Ocala Facility
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; prepares all outgoing mail and packages.
- Types and distributes internal and external correspondence as assigned.
- Sorts and files correspondence and other records.
- Performs data entry duties as assigned.
- Answers and routes telephone calls; conveys messages.
- As back-up receptionist, performs receptionist duties including but not limited to answering, screening, and directing calls on multi-line phone system; taking messages and/or forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager; meeting and greeting visitors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
