Manufacturing / Process Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages one or more engineering projects related to production operations
- Works closely with various stakeholders to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective use of technology to achieve business goals
- May interact with customers, vendors and suppliers
Skills, Experience & Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical or biomedical) required
- One or more years hands-on work experience in manufacturing/machining environment. Med device experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, project management, and time management skills required
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities essential
- Experience in MS Office, AutoCAD, SPC and related engineering tools required
- Must be able to work effectively in fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to successfully meet deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative and drive to organize and manage projects to successful outcomes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others. Must be able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff
- Position is on-site/in office.
