Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider in the Oklahoma City metro area, offering an innovative cardiovascular program. We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Cath Lab. In this role, you will prepare equipment and provide patient care in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular program. You will ensure the maintenance of a sterile environment, assess patient conditions, and collaborate closely with cardiologists.
Our Cath Lab is equipped with the latest technology and features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists. Our team has received numerous awards, including American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation and Women's Choice Award in Heart Care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and experience working in a Cath Lab environment. You will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
