Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position imaging equipment for procedures.
- IDentify and assess patient condition, preparing them for imaging.
- Maintain sterile environment during procedures.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Utilize downtime effectively by restocking rooms and checking equipment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
