As a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, you will participate in the orientation of new staff and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
In this role, you will also utilize downtime efficiently by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks as assigned by the Charge person or manager. Your strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership will facilitate excellent patient care and foster a collaborative environment.
