Job Responsibilities and Requirements
* Maintains a safe and efficient operating environment during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
* Provides technical support to physicians and nursing staff during procedures
* Assists in orienting and training new employees and temporary personnel
* Participates in quality improvement activities and contributes to performance evaluations and recommendations for improvement
Education, Experience, and Certifications
* Completion of a formal program in radiologic technology or a related field
* Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
* Previous experience in a procedural area, preferably in cardiology or radiology
* Basic Life Support certification, with Advanced Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire
Compensation and Benefits
Our competitive compensation package includes an hourly rate range of $27.84 to $45.46, depending on experience.
