About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technology Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Catheterization Laboratory specialist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our cardiovascular program.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists, utilize state-of-the-art equipment, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for cardiovascular procedures
- Provide patient care and support during procedures
- Assist with new staff training and orientation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals
Requirements:
- Registered Radiographer with the ARRT or RCIS credential
- Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
