Job Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide patient care, identifying and assessing patient conditions, preparing, positioning, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and operate equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and care.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cardiologists to provide high-quality patient outcomes and opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
Requirements
- Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) registration as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
- Experience: One year of experience working in a cath lab environment, preferred but not required.
- Licensure: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
