With a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower on the horizon, we will feature three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Our team works closely with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

Norman Regional Health System's cardiology program boasts several prestigious awards, including American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation, American College of Cardiology NCDR Registry Gold Award, Women's Choice Award in Heart Care, Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Echo Accreditation, and American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation.
Responsibilities
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care, establishing and maintaining a sterile environment, and serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students. You will also participate in the orientation of new staff and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have completed a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology, be eligible and/or current RCIS, and possess previous procedural area experience. You must also hold American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire.
