Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment before and during procedures
• Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for optimal care
• Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols for infection control
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, contributing to the orientation of new staff members
• Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by Charge person or manager
• Foster strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program, along with relevant certifications such as ARRT or RCIS. A minimum of one year of experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred, with Basic Life Support (BLS) training required prior to patient care. Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification must be achieved within six months of hire.

Benefits:
