The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications
This position requires:
* A graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
* One year of experience working in a Cath Lab is preferred.
* Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to providing patient care, and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) must be achieved within 6 months of hire.

The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifying and assessing patient condition. Preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Serving as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and professional growth.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate exceptional patient care.
