Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $27.84-$45.46, based on previous work experience. Job Description:

The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist is responsible for preparing and assisting during cardiovascular procedures while maintaining a sterile environment and providing exceptional patient care. This role includes precepting new staff and building strong relationships with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

This position requires certification as a Radiologic Technologist and training in Basic and Advanced Life Support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
• Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
• Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing other delegated tasks.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
• One year of experience working in a Cath Lab, preferably.
• Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
