The Norman Regional Health System is a leader in cardiovascular care, seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position equipment for procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Assess patient conditions, providing individualized care and support throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
As a key member of our Cath Lab team, you will be responsible for mentoring new staff members and contributing to ongoing education and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Certification in Radiologic Technology, with a focus on cardiovascular imaging.
- Previous experience in a procedural area, preferably in a Cath Lab setting.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Basic Life Support certification, with Advanced Life Support training required within six months of hire.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $27.84 to $45.46, based on previous work experience.
