As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to enhance patient outcomes. You will serve as a preceptor for new staff and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians.
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant certifications and complete necessary training within the first six months of employment. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment.
Additionally, you will use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager. You will also maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
