Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team, responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment during cardiovascular procedures while providing patient care in a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, prepares, positions and provides patient care.
- Maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation.
- Uses downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
Qualifications
- Absence of any degree should be from accredited institution or educational program related to the job description.
- Certification with American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registered and/or RCIS preferred.
- Candidate will achieve Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
