Job Summary
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to prepare and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient safety and a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintains strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS required.
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
