Responsibilities
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care.
- Maintains a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in orientation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or RCIS registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certifications within specified timeframes.
