Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participate in the orientation of new staff
Requirements
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- Basic Life Support training required
- ACLS training within 6 months of hire
