Job Summary
- Performs responsibilities as an integral team member of an OT / OTA collaboration focused on patient centered decision making.
- Documents delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
- Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff members.
- Directs and supervises activities of support personnel.
- Performs occupational therapy programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, utilizing standard occupational therapy techniques as appropriate for the patient's age, functional impairments, abilities, needs, and desires.
