Job Summary
- Performs physical therapy treatment programs under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, utilizing standard physical therapy techniques as appropriate for the patient's age, functional impairments, abilities, needs, and desires.
- Performs responsibilities as an integral team member of a PT / PTA collaboration focused on patient-centered decision making.
- Documents delivery of physical therapy services.
- Educates patients, family members, significant others, and staff members.
- Directs and supervises activities of support personnel.
