What are the responsibilities and job description for the CV Rad Technologist Position position at Norman Regional Health System?
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Uses downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months and maintaining current Basic Life Support certification throughout their employment.
