What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diagnostic Imaging Technician - Cardiovascular Program position at Norman Regional Health System?
Qualifications and Education
Applicants must have completed a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, be eligible and/or registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and hold RCIS certification. Previous procedural area experience is preferred but not required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current BLS certification is necessary to be maintained throughout employment, while ACLS training must be achieved within six months of hire and maintained through duration of employment.
